What payment methods are available?

How do I place my order?
Ordering online is easy: just browse through the DISTILLERY STORE, choose the event you want to attend and add the ticket(s) to your shopping cart. Then go to CHECKOUT and fill in your ordering details. After that, you will receive a confirmation mail. When we have successfully processed your payment, you will get  a download-ticket mail with your ticket in PDF format. Print it or save it to your smartphone to easily get access to the event of your choice.

Please be advised that broken screens can influence our scanners, so if you’ve got a crack in your screen, we suggest that you do print it manually.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately not.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but if you are not looking forward to filling in the same forms every time you buy a new ticket, you might want to consider signing up. We won’t spam your inbox.

When is the deadline for purchasing my ticket?
Keep an eye on the website and social media to know when pre-sale starts and ends.

Is the number of tickets limited?
Yes, check out our Facebook page to get frequent updates on how many tickets are left.

What should I bring to the event?
A printed or saved version of your E-TICKET (make sure the QR-code is visible) and your ID CARD. This is absolutely necessary, since

NO ID = NO ENTRANCE.

Also don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes, you might need them.

Can I give/sell my ticket to a friend?
No, since identity and, in some cases, age controle are of great importance to us, each ticket is personal. Make sure the name on the ticket matches the one on your ID.

Is it possible to receive an invoice?
No, we do not draw up invoices for attendees.

I want to distribute my tickets via The Distillery, where do I start ?
Go to our services, which you can find here. Scroll all the way to the bottom and fill in the BOOK US form and that’s it! Just wait for us to contact you and your sale will be up in no time.
